The Lounge
Set between gates B and C to give the most even, but generally, the longest, walks for all flyers regardless of airline they are on.Up a few floors from the gates, with a commanding view of the airplanes pulled up to jet bridges. As it opened, I found it had a ton of room available, many seating regions, for the dining, the bar, and general rest your butt. Also a kids' area.
Seating
Eating
A large food offering, plus a bar, that was not open at 5am, in Boston. Seriously losing their reputation making you wait until 8am. But the food was a lot, and well prepared.Description Fleeting
The title is the only thing I could think of that rhymed, anyways, here are the other areas and the view of the airport out the window.
As you come in, there is this seating, but right by the entrance, so I dunno
The just sitting seating
And more just sitting seating
Sportsbar seating
Bar bar seating
Dining seating
Just a tease when it's not available. Why do I fly so early?!?
Yum carb loaded tasty things
I am not sure, but it did smell good and was hot
Not anything Rob would ever eat, even lost in the woods for a week
Tasty sweet breakfast poppable bites
I call this the short station. This is the one near the kids' room
And this is the short station near the dining. Identical
With all the glare, this was a miracle shot
Leave the kids here and RUN to the bar
The fireplace, no real fire
Apparently Boston is known for some sports things
Summary
Chase lounges are competing with the Centurion lounges. They fall in a nice space between the airlines club lounges and the international fancy lounges. The Boston one is nicer than the Admirals club, but it cannot beat British Airways first class lounge there. If you have access, this is the place to sit and wait for your flight, but be ready to leave for it a little early as the walk can be quite a bit.
